Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This document explains what personal data is processed when you visit employer-branding.ro, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have over it.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is Inspirational Filmmaking S.R.L., operating under the brand NECULA Agency (UPA).
- Registered office: Bd. Pipera 1, București, România
- Tax identification number (CUI): 33407923
- Trade Register number: J2014002127238

2. What data we collect
When you simulate a campaign
The “Campaign simulator” button takes you to necula.agency, the website of the same company, Inspirational Filmmaking S.R.L.. The form there asks for your name, company, role, email address and, optionally, your phone number, which we use for one purpose only: to generate and send you the campaign proposal (Campaign Proposal) by email and, if you get back to us, to continue the conversation. Nothing is filled in or stored on this website; the processing is also described in the privacy policy of necula.agency, the same controller.
When you book a meeting
The booking page displays a calendar hosted by Google (Google Calendar Appointment Schedules). The data you enter there, usually your name, email address and the chosen time slot, is collected and processed by Google, on its infrastructure, and becomes visible to us in our calendar. We use it only to hold the meeting and to follow up with you about it.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
When you write to us directly
If you email or call us, we keep the conversation and your contact details for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract and the legal archiving periods.
Technical data, through cookies
Only with your consent, we collect data on how the site is used: pages visited, time spent, device type, source of the visit. Details in the cookies section below.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files the site places in your browser. We use them in three categories. Only the first starts automatically; the other two are enabled only after you explicitly choose them in the consent banner.
| Category | Purpose | Provider | Starts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | They remember your choice in the cookie banner, so it does not reappear on every page. | employer-branding.ro (local browser storage) | Automatically |
| Measurement | How many visitors there are, which sections they read, where they leave. | Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity | Only with your consent |
| Marketing | Shows us which campaigns bring people who actually book a meeting. | Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Only with your consent |
You can change your choice at any time: . Note that scripts already running on the current page stop only at the next page reload. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
4. Third-party content
The site also loads content hosted by other companies:
- YouTube: the videos in the case studies. They do not load when the page opens; they start only when you click a case study. We use YouTube's “no-cookie” mode, which sets no tracking cookies before playback.
- Google Calendar: the calendar on the booking page.
- Google Fonts: the Montserrat typeface.
When you load content from these providers, they may receive your IP address and browser information. Their processing follows their own privacy policies.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google, Microsoft and Meta are headquartered in the United States and may also process data there. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, where applicable, on standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep the data
- Your cookie banner choice: in your browser, until you delete it.
- Measurement data: according to the providers' terms, usually up to 14 months.
- Simulator requests: as long as needed to send the proposal and follow up, then deleted.
- Correspondence and meeting data: for the duration of the discussions and, if you become a client, for the contract plus the legal archiving periods.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for other companies' marketing. Only the service providers we use to run the site and our business can access it: Google, Microsoft, Meta, the hosting provider and the email provider.
8. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right:
- to request access to the data we hold about you;
- to request correction of inaccurate data;
- to request erasure of the data;
- to request restriction of processing;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to receive the data in a portable format;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- not to be subject to an automated decision with significant effect; we make no such decisions.
Write to us at tedy@necula.agency and we will reply within 30 days at most.
9. If you are not satisfied
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, or at dataprotection.ro.
10. Changes
If we change what data we process or which tools we use, we update this document and the date at the top. When the change concerns cookie categories, the consent banner reappears so you can choose again.
