Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
The terms below apply to the use of employer-branding.ro. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Inspirational Filmmaking S.R.L., under the brand NECULA Agency (UPA).
- Registered office: Bd. Pipera 1, București, România
- Tax identification number (CUI): 33407923
- Trade Register number: J2014002127238
- Email: tedy@necula.agency

2. What the site is
The site presents our employer branding video campaign services and lets you book a meeting. It is not an online shop: nothing is sold through the site, no payments are made and no contracts are concluded automatically.
Booking a meeting is an exploratory conversation, free of charge and with no obligation for either party. A contract is concluded only separately, in writing.
3. The information presented
The service descriptions, case studies, results and video examples are for information and presentation purposes. A client's results depend on its context (industry, internal culture, budget, campaign length) and are not a promise that any other company will achieve the same results.
References to funding from the disability fund are indicative and reflect our understanding of the legislation at the date of publication. They are not tax or legal advice. Before making a decision, check your specific situation with your finance department or a specialist consultant.
4. Copyright
The texts, images, videos, graphic elements and structure of the site belong to Inspirational Filmmaking S.R.L. or are used with the rights holders' consent. Clients' videos appear with their consent.
You may read and share links to the site's pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use the content commercially without our prior written consent.
The trademarks, logos and names of the companies shown as case studies belong to their owners and are used to identify the work done together.
5. Third-party content
The site includes content hosted by other companies: videos from YouTube and a booking calendar from Google. Their use is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of their services.
6. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the site available and the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the site, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the presentation information here, without a conversation with us.
Nothing in this document limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data is described separately, in the Privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of your visit, with the update date shown at the top of the page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, where that is not possible, by the competent courts at our registered office.
10. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to us at tedy@necula.agency.
